Please note that these measurements may have some errors in them, but they do give an indication of the sizes... it's not easy trying to get an accurate shoulder measurement on a furry, moving, puppy, and I suspect that the weighing scales, have the 'roundabout here' attitude, as opposed to a precision measurement.
